Dr. Felix Muhl studied law and European Legal Practice at Leibniz University of Hannover and at University of Nottingham. After his studies, Dr. Muhl worked as research assistant and as lecturer for contract law at Leibniz University of Hanover. In the course of the legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, Dr. Muhl inter alia worked for the Munich office of CMS Hasche Sigle. Dr. Muhl obtained his doctor degree from the faculty of law at Westfälische Wilhelms University of Münster. Since June 2009, Dr. Muhl has been a lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle.
